I found the staff very friendly at check-in and also in the restaurant. The room included a comfortable bed, desk chair. a mini sofa. Free parking was available and greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided a decent quality and variety.

Excellent Stay Near Harry Potter Studios

This hotel provided free parking and included a breakfast with decent variety. The room featured heating, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Its location is great for visiting the Harry Potter studios, accessible by a short drive or a train journey to Watford plus a bus. The staff was also very helpful and kind.
The air conditioning could not be adjusted. This made the room too warm.

the location suited my needs. the station was close.
the room was not adequately cleaned upon my arrival. i found a previous guest's sock under the desk. i informed reception about this, but i remain dissatisfied with the initial state of cleanliness.
