Excellent Stay Near Harry Potter Studios

This hotel provided free parking and included a breakfast with decent variety. The room featured heating, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Its location is great for visiting the Harry Potter studios, accessible by a short drive or a train journey to Watford plus a bus. The staff was also very helpful and kind.
The air conditioning could not be adjusted. This made the room too warm.

Reception staff offered assistance with luggage and I found this a lovely touch. The staff made sure the dining room remained clean and that the hot food buffet was refreshed regularly. Staff members were friendly and very helpful.

the room was not adequately cleaned upon my arrival. i found a previous guest's sock under the desk. i informed reception about this, but i remain dissatisfied with the initial state of cleanliness.
